Our coaches are dedicated to helping you reach both physical and mental fitness. All are held to and work to maintain the highest standards of excellence in safety, performance, and sound movement. We build better, more resilient humans, together.


Chelsea Betyou

Head Coach, co-owner, and CrossFit Level 2 Trainer. Over 13 years in fitness spanning distance running, Spartan, group fitness, and CrossFit. Burgener Weightlifting L1 certified, Precision Nutrition L1 and Exercise Nutrition certified coach with 10 years of full time fitness nutrition coaching experience.

What I love: COMMUNITY, showing others what they’re capable of, celebrating every win, learning other peoples’ stories, being strong, all things squat, pull ups, not being cold, raccoons, grilling, dessert, and travel.

Drew Stark

Level 1 CrossFit Trainer. Participated in competitive sports since childhood, followed by 9 years of weightlifting, 3 years of CrossFit, and jiu jitsu experience.

What I love: The members that make Loud City so special, snatches, wall balls, assault bike, competition, and the fun, consistent motivation that is our gym culture.

Laura Coughlin

Level 1 CrossFit Trainer and co-owner with nearly 20 years of fitness experience across competitive gymnastics, competitive softball, weight training, and CrossFit.

What I love: Community support and sweating with friends! Camping, hiking, sitting by the pool, toes to bar, double unders, workouts that aren’t boring, boating, girls trips, and shopping malls.

Cailey Stark

Gym Manager and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. CrossFit Kids certified, ACE Personal Trainer, and NASM Pain Free Performance Specialist. Over 9 years of coaching experience including group fitness, personal training, and CrossFit.

What I love: The way our community shows up for each other, being a mom, burpee box get overs, a good challenge, a great workout playlist, sunshine, outdoors, and adventures with family.

Kelli Kelley

Level 1 CrossFit Trainer with experience in competitive sports, wrestling, personal training, kickboxing, and CrossFit.

What I love: Fitness with friends in our encouraging, never-intimidating space full of good humans that want you to win; adrenaline of competition, deadlifts, burpees, dogs, our lavender towels, sarcasm, rest breaks, and 90’s hip hop.

Carolyn Johnson

CrossFit Level 2 Trainer. CrossFit Kids, CrossFit Endurance, CrossFit Mobility, and CrossFit Running certified. She is a NPTI Personal Trainer with over 18 years of fitness and 16 years of CrossFit experience. Carolyn is also a Registered Nurse and Realtor.

What I love: Our Loud City Community, the challenge of CrossFit, competition, her dogs, your dogs, all dogs, every kind of squat, pull ups, handstand push ups, nightly walks with her family, travel, and vegan cinnamon rolls.

Taia Tageson

Level 1 CrossFit Trainer. Nearly 15 years in fitness, including 13 years of CrossFit, marathons, and triathlons.

What I love: Complaining about workouts and doing them anyway because our Loud City crew is inspiring! Plus, my chickens, lifting more than my friends, hanging with family, smack talk, reading, coffee, power cleans, rest days, double unders, dance breaks, and bananas.
